Join\-us! **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the efficiency of contract operations, guaranteeing the planning, organization, and execution of building, electrical, and mechanical maintenance activities. This professional will be responsible for supervising teams, monitoring KPIs, ensuring service quality, and directly interfacing with clients to contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the planning and execution of building, electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system maintenance activities; * Coordinate maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and monitoring employee performance; * Determine required workforce, equipment, and materials for service execution; * Monitor and ensure adherence to established deadlines, costs, and quality standards; * Supervise material and component procurement requests, analyzing client-submitted requirements; * Compile data from completed services and prepare management reports; * Validate work instructions and assess their feasibility regarding safety, quality, and efficiency; * Propose process improvements and implement technological innovations; * Control, organize, and maintain contract-related files and documents; * Participate in client meetings to define priorities and align operational requirements; * Support activity planning in collaboration with the team and planning department; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations; * Conduct safety audits and programs such as 5S and PODE; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement; * Address client requirements while respecting contractual scope; * Participate in daily safety meetings (DDS) with the team; * Safeguard company and client assets; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements** * Prior experience in maintenance supervision (industrial, building, or facilities); * Experience in team management and operational routines; * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance; * Experience in maintenance planning and activity control; * Proficiency in administrative routines and report preparation; * Availability for on-site work; * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred). **Expected Competencies** We seek professionals with people management experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and proficiency in administrative routines.
