Job Summary: Responsible for loading, unloading, picking, and organizing goods, as well as assisting with inventory control while maintaining sector organization. Key Highlights: 1. Inclusive position focused on learning and development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Load and unload goods using a hydraulic pallet truck; * Safely perform trailer unloading (at ground level or at heights, subject to authorization and proper training); * Pick and reorganize goods according to instructions; * Assist with inventory counting and control; * Maintain sector organization and cleanliness. **Requirements:** * Position exclusively for persons with disabilities (PCD), with medical certificate; * No prior experience required; * Good communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Physical stamina and ability to work in a team. **Working Hours and Schedule:** * Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (fixed weekly day off plus alternating Sundays off); * Available shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM\. **Salary:** Based on region and position. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or parking; * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Credit cooperative.
