Propose technological improvements and upgrades focused on efficiency and productivity Position: IT Supervisor Palmas – TO | Real Estate / Land Development Sector Employment Type: CLT | On-site Compensation: Salary expectation We are looking for an **Information Technology Supervisor** to structure and ensure the efficient operation of the IT department of a real estate business group, working closely with engineering, sales, legal, after-sales, and administrative departments. We seek a professional with a process-oriented vision, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude—capable of ensuring operational stability, integrating systems, and simplifying technological routines across the business. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, equipment, access controls, and systems) * Organize and prioritize technical support for end users, ensuring prompt and high-quality service delivery * Manage and monitor corporate systems (ERP, CRM, sales, after-sales, and other tools) * Establish standards, controls, and documentation for the IT department * Implement and oversee information security practices and backup procedures * Work on system integration and process simplification * Manage technology vendors and contracts * Track, prioritize, and manage departmental requests, deadlines, and priorities * Generate IT reports and KPIs to support executive management * Propose technological improvements and upgrades focused on efficiency and productivity Ideal Candidate Profile: * Strong organizational and operational discipline * Systemic vision and process orientation * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks * Clear communication skills when interacting with non-technical users * Proactive attitude and focus on system stability * Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability * Collaborative relationship-building with business departments Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Solid experience in corporate IT infrastructure and technical support * Experience with management systems (ERP, CRM, and integrated tools) * Experience managing user access, information security, and backups * Experience managing technology vendors and outsourced services **Preferred Qualification:** Courses or certifications in networking, information security, or infrastructure.
