




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing water resources, chemical products, waste, atmospheric emissions, and environmental education programs. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in environmental education programs The services will include the following activities: * Water resource management: Recording water consumption; monitoring well flow rates and controlling them to meet targets; overseeing water monitoring, analysis, and sampling conducted by a contracted company; tracking results, sampling, and treatment of effluents; controlling water use permits (outorgas) and associated conditions. * Chemical product management: Conducting analyses for approval of purchases of controlled (prohibited and restricted) products; monitoring usage across departments and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements. * Waste management: Issuing MTRs (Waste Transport Manifests), entering data, confirming acceptance, regularizing documentation, and controlling CDFs (Waste Disposal Forms) in the Vertown system; issuing invoices; requesting and monitoring waste collection for all units; tracking waste generation across departments; engaging Alternative Revenue services for disposal and resale. * Pre-incident environmental response; * Accompanying inspections conducted by lessees and environmental agencies (if required) at the facility; * Contract management: Meetings to align requirements, mobilization, document regularization, contractual measurement, and invoice tracking; * Atmospheric emissions management: Overseeing the company conducting air quality, noise, and vibration analyses and controls; black smoke measurement; emissions inventories; * MA indicators: Receiving data, controlling, and managing environmental indicators (water, waste, regulatory conditions, RL, etc.); * Pest control: Aligning requirements with the pest control contractor, initiating service requests, and monitoring field operations; * Environmental Education Management (PEAT): Disseminating DEA (Environmental Education Actions), monitoring and encouraging team participation; participating in PEAT initiatives (meetings, campaigns, etc.). Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience Possession of Brazilian driver's license category B Availability for travel Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Residence in Tocantins state, preferably in Palmas or Porto Nacional Work location: VLI’s Porto Nacional Integrated Terminal (TIPN) Degree in Environmental Engineering or Technology in Environmental Management Benefits: Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance
