Opportunity to develop skills in the textile sector *We are seeking a Cutting Assistant to work in the cutting department, supporting production routines with a focus on quality and attention to detail.* **Main Responsibilities:** Assist the spreading operator at the cutting table; Properly stretch and align fabric layers; Support fabric preparation for cutting, ensuring standardization; Identify and remove fabric defects; Maintain material and process quality; Prevent fabric waste during operations; Consistently follow departmental instructions and standards. **Requirements and Competencies:** Experience in the textile sector (preferred); Punctuality and attendance; Organization and attention to detail; Proactive and agile profile; Commitment to quality; Ability to learn and follow instructions; Responsibility and care in handling materials.
