We are looking for a **BPO Assistant** to perform document analysis and validation, ensuring compliance and efficiency of driver onboarding processes on the Emiteaí platform. This professional will be responsible for data management and updating, communication with drivers, and supporting the team to ensure data integrity and traceability. **Responsibilities** * Document Analysis and Validation: Evaluate and validate documentation submitted by drivers who will use the Emiteaí platform for document issuance. * Verify authenticity and validity of all required documents, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. * Ensure drivers fully complete the accreditation process with relevant government authorities. * Platform Data Management: Enter and update collected data on the Emiteaí platform, following established parameters and fields. * Maintain accurate and organized records of all relevant information, ensuring data traceability and integrity. * Maintain organization of all validated documentation. * Communication and Support: Communicate\-clearly and efficiently with drivers, providing guidance and clarifying doubts regarding the documentation process. * Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflows and ensure validation process efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in administrative routines. * Knowledge of logistics or fiscal documents. * Familiarity with document management tools. **Benefits Offered:** * Caju meal allowance (R$ 750.00\); * Transportation allowance (no employee deduction); * Short Friday (earlier departure on Fridays); * Birthday day off; * Unimed Vale do Itajaí health plan (no monthly fee and no co-payment); * Uniodonto dental plan (no monthly fee and no co-payment); * Wellhub (wellness and gym platform); * Conexa (telemedicine platform with medical consultations); * Partnerships and agreements with various institutions; * Fruit Day at the office; **How is the hiring conducted?** Hiring is under CLT regime, with in-office work from Monday to Thursday at our Blumenau/SC office and remote work on Fridays.
