Here, every detail matters — and you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure daily targets are met; * Monitor logistics and operational performance indicators; * Support team development; * Monitor team performance, promoting training and process improvements; * Track productivity and drive continuous improvement; * Ensure accuracy in product picking, packaging, and shipping; * Supervise the end-to-end order dispatch process; * Monitor product availability in e\-commerce designated inventory; * Ensure accuracy of both system-based and physical inventory; * Manage goods deliveries for internal events; * Guarantee products are dispatched undamaged and in compliance with established quality standards; * Ensure team and workplace safety by adhering to safety regulations and proper PPE usage. * Responsible for inter-branch cargo movements * Manage internal movement of goods and materials; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Logistics and Product Dispatch; * Experience in Operational Team Leadership; * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; * Knowledge of operational indicators and reporting; * Familiarity with Quality, Safety, and Good Practices; * Proficiency in management systems, advanced Excel, and Operational Team Management courses; **Additional Information** * On-site Medical and Dental Assistance — supporting your health and well-being * Sports Association — enjoy family time; * Education Assistance — your growth never stops!
