Portfolio development and post-sales follow-up Garbe, with 50 years of tradition in the acoustics market, seeks a Sales Executive to conduct technical and complex sales in high-value-added businesses with long sales cycles. ________________________________ **About Garbe** An industry leader specializing in acoustic ceilings and wall coverings, serving churches, auditoriums, schools, universities, corporations, industrial facilities, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls, and other environments requiring acoustic comfort and premium finishing. **About the Role** A consultative professional capable of engaging with architects, engineers, church leadership (priests and pastors), administrators, procurement specialists, etc., guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle to closure. We offer high-performance technical products. ________________________________ **Key Responsibilities** * Proactive prospecting of clients (churches, construction companies, architects, engineers, industrial facilities). * Technical and commercial visits to present acoustic solutions. * Consultative collaboration with internal teams (engineering/commercial). * Opportunity registration and tracking in CRM (Pipedrive). * Negotiation and contract closing with high average deal value. * Post-sales follow-up and portfolio development. ________________________________ **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in complex B2B sales with medium/long decision cycles. * Experience in civil construction, building materials, acoustics, or technical products. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region. * Personal vehicle. * Autonomous, organized, resilient, and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in drywall construction, ceiling systems, or acoustic systems. * CRM usage experience, preferably Pipedrive. * Existing network of relationships with construction companies, architects, engineers, or churches. ________________________________ **Employment Models and Compensation** 1. External Sales Representative (CLT) * Fixed salary + travel reimbursement (fuel, tolls, vehicle, accommodation, meals) * Commission on sales. 2. Commercial Representative * 100% commission-based model with competitive terms aligned to region and sales volume. Commission policy may be adjusted upon hiring, based on the mutually agreed model.
