Job Summary: Responsible for supervising store operations, optimizing organization, team management, and enhancing the customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the team and store organization 2. Optimize product presentation and availability 3. Promote in-store sales activities ABOUT US GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Relay price re-tagging instructions to department heads, visit all departments, and prioritize key issues, * Verify completion of assigned changes and tasks, control and schedule employee working hours, * Control and schedule employee time off, inspect store cleanliness and organization, * Maintain harmonious store layout, promote in-store sales activities, * Verify that all warehouse merchandise is displayed in the sales area, * Report stockouts to the commercial department, * Manage product rotation in the sales area and promote additional display points for low- and medium-turnover items. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed High School or currently pursuing higher education * Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** This position is 100% on-site **Work Location:** R.
