With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring daily routines in the FLV department; guiding and clarifying team members’ questions; preparing and managing work schedules, overtime hours, and time-off requests; defining timelines and standardizing procedures—all aimed at maximizing operational efficiency, product and service quality, and compliance with regulations, best practices manuals, hygiene and safety standards, established guidelines, and performance targets—as well as providing customer service and sales support. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer needs, surprising them with guidance on the variety of products offered, and making appropriate sales suggestions; Achieve, promote, and enhance sales targets through strategic planning of product mix, defining timelines and optimal display of attractive and distinctive products, while maintaining courteous customer relationships; Reduce FLV losses and spoilage by guiding, monitoring, and controlling daily team activities and operations, suggesting and implementing recovery actions where feasible, and defining and standardizing operational procedures; Manage procurement orders for departmental merchandise, analyzing and administering inventory levels and their sales history, seasonality, and specific promotions—ensuring timely purchasing planning to guarantee adequate supply and restocking without shortages, losses, or stockouts; Ensure that the product counter is always fully stocked, correctly priced, organized, and clean—guiding, monitoring, and overseeing daily routines; Oversee goods receipt, and organize, guide, and/or store items in refrigerated chambers, complying with hygiene, safety, and pre\-established standards; Keep the team informed and updated on new products; Manage personnel matters related to time-off scheduling, hour banks, vacation planning, and other workload-related requirements—by reviewing managerial reports provided by the HR department and advising team members accordingly; Promote professional development and team motivation through regular feedback and guidance, performance monitoring, and technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventory counts and ensure data accuracy; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—through adherence to daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Requirements Foster team unity and engagement despite individual differences and daily challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts by understanding the store’s context, timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Experience (in the field) **Preferred Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge:** Experience in counter setup, food handling, sales analysis, margin assessment, loss tracking, and production control **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate level **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Store Purchase Discount Program Life Insurance * Position open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
