Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate DHO fronts, including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Climate & Culture, and Endomarketing. * Lead development, leadership, succession, onboarding, and engagement initiatives. * Manage climate surveys and action plan implementation. * Oversee KPIs, budget, vendors, and departmental timelines. * Support leadership in processes, analyses, and governance related to the people function. * Prepare materials and conduct executive review meetings. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields. * Proven experience in DHO, with generalist expertise across core functional areas. * Experience leading teams, managing KPIs, and handling multiple concurrent projects. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and execution-tracking capabilities.
