Here, every detail matters — and you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Diagnose processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for organizational improvement; * Apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as PDCA, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SWOT Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram, Histogram, and Pareto Analysis; * Lead continuous improvement projects from scope definition through result tracking and monitoring; * Monitor operational performance and quality indicators, evaluating the impact of implemented initiatives; * Prepare technical reports containing analyses, recommendations, and solution proposals aimed at optimizing processes and reducing costs; * Promote Lean and continuous improvement culture across teams; * Support training and capacity-building activities related to Lean tools and methodologies; * Contribute to strengthening routine management practices and operational excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * 2–4 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence; * Knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies and tools, including: * 5S; * Value Stream Mapping (VSM); * Workplace Management (GPT); * Daily Routine Management (GRD); * Familiarity with Theory of Constraints (TOC); * Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); * Experience in project management; * Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; * Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification; * Ongoing postgraduate program in Project Management; * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * On-site Medical and Dental Assistance — supporting your health and well-being; * Sports Association — enjoy family time together; * Education Assistance — your growth never stops!
