Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring efficient and welcoming customer service, proper product organization and pricing, and accuracy in cashier operations. Key Highlights: 1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for delivering efficient and welcoming customer service; maintaining proper product organization, restocking, and accurate pricing; ensuring accuracy in cashier operations and cash handling; safeguarding product quality by verifying expiration dates and integrity; contributing to overall store organization and adherence to internal processes; and supporting pricing initiatives, promotions, and visual communication layout. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED **Operate the cashier:** scanning items, receiving payments, and verifying amounts. In-store customer service, clarifying questions and assisting with purchases. Restocking and organizing merchandise on shelves. Verifying prices, expiration dates, and packaging conditions. Replacing and updating labels, posters, banners, and conducting price audits. Receiving cash bags and handling cash movements under supervision of the auditor. Assisting with packaging, product testing when required, and moving merchandise. Requirements Completed high school education (or currently enrolled). Experience in customer service, cashier roles, or retail (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. Organizational skills and attention to detail (prices, dates, expiration, amounts). Agility in performing restocking, cashier duties, and other store-related tasks. Basic math skills for cashier operations. Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays, as needed).
