Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. **Responsibilities** * **Documentation Support**: Assist in creating, organizing, and controlling quality documents such as manuals and procedures. * **Process Monitoring**: Monitor and control processes, identifying non-conformities and quality gaps. * **Analysis and Control**: Analyze production and quality indicators to ensure product and service compliance. * **Audit Support**: Collaborate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards. * **Training and Guidance**: Assist in training other employees on quality policies and standards.
