JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by separating and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and defined standards and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various bakery-related products by separating and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and defined standards and targets; Help reduce waste by properly arranging product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Assist in counting products for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; REQUIREMENTS **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
