JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and defined standards and goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various bakery-related products by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and defined standards and goals; Help reduce waste by properly arranging product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Assist in counting products for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensil cleanliness, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; REQUIREMENTS **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
