We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Load and unload products from vehicles, inspecting the physical condition of goods, using handling equipment according to procedures and in a safe manner, ensuring products are unloaded safely and efficiently; * Physically re-stack products onto pallets, reorganizing items per operational procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and logistical operational efficiency; * Store products in the warehouse, organizing them by category and movement priority so as not to hinder equipment or personnel circulation, facilitating internal logistics and picking; * Support product replenishment at picking stations, organizing items per demand and operational instructions, using appropriate tools or techniques while maintaining workplace safety and organization, identifying damaged items and directing them to the unitary department, and removing ladders from picking stations to ensure availability and efficiency in the picking process; * Move and organize products according to designated locations, using handling equipment per procedures and in a safe manner, arranging loads efficiently and safely, preserving product quality and integrity to guarantee safe and efficient transportation to destination; * Occasionally operate the Sorter, supporting induction, sorting, handling, labeling, and rejection processes per procedures and under Leader supervision, contributing to the full operation of the automated system; * Maintain an organized inventory, classifying products based on criteria such as type or expiration date to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency; * Pick the correct products in exact quantities, locating requested items and complying with procedures to prevent damage and ladder incidents, thereby ensuring productivity, accuracy, and product validity; * Perform physical counts of products, following leadership instructions to reconcile against existing data, supporting inventory accuracy; * Physically verify prepared orders prior to shipment, comparing items against corresponding documentation to ensure delivery accuracy and quality; * Package and label products using appropriate materials and identifying items with necessary information to protect products during transit and facilitate delivery; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Incomplete High School Education #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * University scholarship; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional progression; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
