Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge to provide high-standard service, focused on excellence, courtesy, and personalized support for residents, guests, and visitors. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on excellence and proactivity We are looking for a **Concierge** with experience in high-standard service to work in developments located in the southern coastal region of the country, with emphasis on **Jurerê**, delivering excellent, courteous, and professional service to residents, guests, and visitors. The professional will be responsible for providing personalized support, offering tourist information, local guidance, organizing resident requests, and assisting with the development’s operational routines, ensuring differentiated service aligned with high-end developments. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person and telephone service to residents, guests, and visitors * Provide tourist information about the region, excursions, restaurants, services, and local events * Assist in organizing reservations, appointments, and special requests * Manage access control and support reception/porter services when necessary * Patrol the development to identify service needs and opportunities for improvement * Support condominium management with operational tasks related to service delivery * Maintain professional demeanor, discretion, and excellence in public interactions * Proactively resolve requests and unexpected issues **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Guest Service Agent, in Hospitality, or Premium Service * Experience in tourism, hospitality, or service delivery in coastal regions * Excellent verbal fluency * English (mandatory) * Spanish (mandatory) * Experience serving high-end clientele **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-end condominium management * Experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury developments * Familiarity with the Balneário Camboriú, Jurerê, or southern coastal regions * Condominium professionals with strong public service experience and proficiency in English and Spanish are also encouraged to apply Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
