Job Summary: Work as a Logistics Operator in our Mobile Unit, driving vehicles to serve clients and ensuring fleet operation and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. As a Logistics Operator, you will work alongside our Mobile Unit team, managing the following processes: Drive light and medium-sized vehicles to transport the multidisciplinary team to service locations, complying with traffic legislation, internal company policies and procedures, and client requirements; Perform vehicle inspection before starting work; Ensure proper vehicle and equipment operation, taking preventive measures according to manuals and regulations; Adhere to established daily routes across various regions; Contribute to vehicle maintenance and care, preserving fleet condition and image; **Ensure timely reporting of incidents occurring during routes:** accidents, collisions, and others. **What we seek:** Driver's license category C-D or E; Availability for extended travel assignments of at least 90 consecutive days away from home; Proven experience in the field; Computer literacy; Automotive maintenance knowledge; Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (strong verbal presentation); Completed high school education. **It would also be great if you have:** Experience in occupational health or related fields. **Here’s what we offer:** Competitive remuneration: R$3.173,68 + travel allowance; **Meal allowance:** R$22.00 per working day (no deduction); **DENTALUNI:** Dental plan with no monthly fee, no copayment, and no waiting period after probationary period; **Mihmo App:** Free telemedicine access to our team of psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and family physicians; Birthday Day Off; SESC membership benefits; Transportation voucher (6% deduction); CLT position — 100% in-person — immediate start!
