Collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams Our client is a construction and real estate development company specializing in residential and commercial high-rise projects, and we are looking for a Construction Planning Engineer with an analytical profile, strategic vision, and performance orientation to work on planning and controlling civil construction projects. If you have experience managing schedules, performance indicators, and physical\-financial monitoring of construction projects, this opportunity could be the next step in your career. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and monitor construction execution schedules; Develop and monitor physical\-financial schedules for projects; Analyze S-curves, productivity, critical path, and physical progress of construction projects; Monitor planning indicators, identify deviations, and propose action plans; Ensure integration of information between Sienge and Prevision systems; Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams to align planning with execution; Participate in construction progress meetings, presenting management analyses and supporting decision-making; Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and control processes. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Specialization or substantial experience in Construction Planning and Control; Proven experience in developing and managing construction schedules; Advanced knowledge of physical\-financial scheduling, S-curves, critical path, and execution planning; Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent software; Willingness to travel; Experience with Sienge and Prevision will be considered a significant advantage. **Desired Skills:** Analytical profile oriented toward key performance indicators; Strong organizational and planning skills; Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Effective communication and ability to collaborate; Ability to anticipate risks and propose solutions; Commitment to results, quality, and meeting deadlines. **What Our Client Seeks:** We seek a professional who goes beyond schedule development.
