A relaxed, straightforward, collaborative environment focused on solutions We are looking for a **Senior Python Developer** to directly contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our internal systems, automations, and integrations with financial partners. Here, you will tackle **real-world problems**, process high-volume data, perform heavy automation, and manage proprietary infrastructure. **About the Role** You will work in a **primarily on-site environment**, closely collaborating with developers, support, and operations teams, and actively participating in technical and architectural decisions. Our day-to-day work includes: * High-criticality internal APIs * Process automation (RPA) * Integrations with external systems (APIs, portals, government services, and financial services) * Data processing, message queues, and asynchronous tasks * Hybrid infrastructure (on-premises servers + containers) **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * **Advanced Python** (APIs, automation, scripting, concurrency) * Solid experience with **RPA** (Selenium, Playwright, or similar) * **PostgreSQL** (data modeling, complex queries, performance tuning) * **Docker** and application containerization * **Kubernetes** (deployment, maintenance, basic troubleshooting) * Experience with **message queues and asynchronous tasks** (Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, or similar) * Familiarity with **on-premise infrastructure** (local servers, services running outside the cloud) **Nice-to-Have (Not mandatory, but highly valued)** * Experience with **FastAPI** or Django * Knowledge of **Linux** (services, logs, monitoring) * Experience with **microservice architecture** * Experience with **legacy systems and challenging integrations** * Hands-on mindset—someone who solves problems efficiently and without unnecessary complexity * **Our Environment** * A **relaxed, straightforward, and collaborative** environment * Fast communication (no unnecessary bureaucracy) * Direct access to decision-makers * Full focus on **delivering solutions** * Proprietary infrastructure including **on-premises servers**, 24/7-running automations, and mission-critical systems **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday * **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Starting from R$15.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
