Supporting the production team in daily tasks Responsible for verifying the quality, packaging, and identification of finished products, and assisting in factory cleaning and organization. * Assist and support the production team in daily tasks, including product quality verification, packaging, labeling, etc.; * Monitor the quality of finished products to prevent rework; * Promote cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the entire shift using appropriate tools such as brooms, squeegees, and vacuum cleaners whenever necessary; * Assist operators at the start of production to ensure product conformity according to the company's quality standards; * Package finished products according to PCP scheduling and direct non-conforming products to the grinding area, ensuring weighing records are completed on reporting forms to guarantee products destined for sale comply with company standards; * Weigh extruded products, record weights on reporting forms, and inform operators to ensure standardized weight; * Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations; * Assist in setup activities (e.g., mold/tooling changes); * Identify and report production issues or irregularities; **Requirements:** * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (3x2x2). * Residence in Camaçari-BA (headquarters)
