Our employment opportunities are open to all underrepresented groups, including people aged 50+, persons with disabilities (PCD), LGBTQIA+, Black individuals, women, and others. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Mission**: Perform internal cost control for construction projects through execution of activities and interdepartmental processes, aiming to meet deadlines, costs, quality, risks, procurement, budgetary control, and ensuring efficient communication among stakeholders for operational process execution. **Perform** cost control, financial control, accounts payable, risk mitigation, and update project- and construction-related indicators for ongoing projects. **Receive and classify** invoices by cost center for projects; register them in the respective construction project’s financial control spreadsheet; collect signatures as delegated by Aviva’s responsibility framework; and forward invoices to the Finance Department’s Accounts Payable team for payment. **Support** the submission of purchase requests (SCI) and requisitions (Rim) for materials and services, and monitor their approvals. **Update** delivery tracking for construction procurements (SCI status, delivery schedule, estimated arrival dates). **Register** contracts in the internal control database for ongoing construction projects. **Monitor** supplier and service provider compliance status. **Organize** invoices to support the Expense Verification Map process, applicable to funded construction projects — **project funding**, executed services. * Skills and practices for executing internal cost control processes for ongoing construction projects (“procurement, finance, costs, and budget”); * Experience in purchase request initiation, invoice receipt, financial processes, cost control, and budgeting; * Intermediate-level knowledge of accounting, tax, and fiscal regulations; * Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, updating, analysis, and indicator development. .
