Development and implementation of training schedules **Profile Details:** The professional will be responsible for monitoring and leading high-performance teams in robotics competitions; periodically evaluating students' academic performance and school attendance to ensure optimal performance per institutional regulations; conducting meetings with parents, guardians, and/or students regarding academic processes and high-performance teams; preparing reports on the development and learning of students participating in activities and classes delivered; developing, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to training schedules and each student's academic calendar. **Job Description**: * Salary + Benefits * Employment Type: Permanent * Working Hours: 20 hours/week **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree and/or teaching license in fields related to robotics or mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering, or computer science * Technical knowledge and experience required: Experience in robotics; knowledge of machining, rapid prototyping, and aerodynamics * Desired knowledge: Robot assembly and programming; 3D design and modeling using software; aerodynamics and engineering (basic use or understanding of wind tunnel simulators); precision engineering (alignment of wheels and axles in prototypes); experience with LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 / SPIKE Prime; block-based programming (LEGO Education, Scratch, etc.); programming logic and problem-solving; basic mechanics concepts (gears, shafts, sensors) For more information, visit our website: www.trinnusrh.com.br Compensation: starting from R$2\.777,00 per day Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
