Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Labor Relations routines, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Assist employees by clarifying questions related to labor matters and internal policies. * Support internal investigations and inquiries, preparing reports and opinions. * Assist in managing the organizational climate, supporting engagement initiatives and workplace environment improvement. * Collaborate with HR areas (Payroll, HR Business Partners) and leadership, especially in a factory-floor context. * Support coordination with external labor law firms (advisory and litigation). * Contribute to drafting and updating internal labor policies and procedures. * Ensure organization and control of departmental documents and metrics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields. * Prior experience in Labor Relations, Payroll, HR Business Partner roles, or labor law firms (litigation or advisory). * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration routines. * Experience preparing reports, conducting information analysis, and data analysis. * Experience in union relations and industrial/factory-floor environments is considered a plus. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel). * Willingness to work on-site in Camaçari\-BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
