After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a legal representative in labor hearings; * Provide documentation and information for contesting labor hearings; * Assist and support the legal department according to area needs; * Assist in identifying witnesses and legal representatives for labor hearings and expert examinations; * Monitor labor expert examinations; * Collaborate closely with the company’s labor relations team, HR, and local managers; * Monitor negotiations with labor unions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Experience participating in labor hearings as a legal representative; * Availability to work in Simões Filho/BA; * Willingness to travel within and outside the state; * Experience with payroll processing is a plus. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 7:40 AM to 5:28 PM. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
