Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** We are looking for a Mold Designer to carry out plastic injection mold design projects, defining all parameters related to cavity sizes and gate molds, cooling and air circuits, hot runner system selection, and force calculations to determine the appropriate injection machine. **Main Responsibilities** * Design plastic injection molds. * Design plastic packaging products. * Prepare reports and presentations of completed projects. * Support the Tooling department and other departments in creating drawings for molds, finished products, and products under development; * Ensure compliance with product development rules; * Support the team in reading and interpreting technical drawings and standards; * Manage the design department by establishing work standards, parts, and documentation. * Develop and supervise drafters and interns in project execution; * Use various measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering * Experience in plastic injection mold design * Language: Technical English desirable **Additional Information** * Work Location: Simões Filho * Employment Type: CLT * Hours: 44 hours per week * Salary/Benefits: Market competitive Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Profit sharing * Health insurance * Group medical care * Dental plan * Company-provided transportation * On-site restaurant
