Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and managing corrective, preventive, predictive, and installation-related maintenance activities; developing work procedures and maintenance plans; and coordinating with third-party maintenance management. Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance tasks. **About the Position** Objective: The professional in this role is responsible for overseeing corrective, preventive, predictive, and equipment/machinery installation maintenance activities; developing work procedures and maintenance plans to identify operational and functional deficiencies and understand infrastructure needs; liaising with third-party maintenance management; and performing repairs to preserve operational conditions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assign tasks to the electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance team; * Maintain updated SGQ documentation and be accountable for the maintenance process during audits; * Control incoming invoices (NF) for non-productive materials, electricity, and potable water; * Provide on-site support to the maintenance team; * Develop and update preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and plans; * Process service orders and control them by defining deadlines and priorities. **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Food Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing (PLR). **Requirements:** * Minimum age of 18 years; * Technical or Higher Education degree in Maintenance or Engineering; * Preferred: 5 years of experience in the role.
