Job Summary: Professional responsible for security monitoring operations, performing preventive patrols, image analysis, and alarm management. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive intrusion alarm testing and report preparation Security Monitoring Operation, where we currently monitor over 4,000 cameras. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct preventive patrols / camera monitoring; * Analyze images; * Respond to and manage alarms comprehensively; * Implement preventive intrusion alarm testing with clients; * Handle telephone and mobile phone calls; * Conduct security contacts and prepare incident reports and field agents’ behavioral reports; * Update field information for synchronization in Sigma. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred qualifications include courses related to electronic security: monitoring, security guard, CCTV, etc.; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule. **Additional Information** * Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal/ Food Voucher (VR/VA) + Medical and Dental Assistance + Life Insurance + Partnerships with universities, gyms, and restaurants. * Shift schedule: 12x36.
