Job Summary: Junior Apprentice position in the administrative area, focusing on telephone support and assistance with blood donation campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Support donor recruitment and campaign organization. 2. Conduct proactive and responsive telephone outreach to donors. 3. Contribute to saving lives through a healthcare platform. We currently have an opportunity to work in the administrative area as a Junior Apprentice. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct proactive and responsive telephone outreach to donors for scheduling, confirmation, and guidance regarding the donation process; * Update and maintain donor records in the system; * Assist in managing the donation schedule and operational demands of the donor recruitment team; * Support the organization of internal and external blood donation campaigns; * Relay important information to donors with empathy and clarity; * Assist in sending communications (SMS, e\-mail or WhatsApp, as directed by the team). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Strong communication skills and experience in customer service; * Empathetic, patient, and courteous when interacting with donors; * Organized and capable of accurately recording information; * Availability to work 6 hours per day. **Additional Information** Work Location: Petrópolis, RJ Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance.
