Job Summary: A Production Assistant to work in lens manufacturing, operating equipment, packaging products, and collaborating with the team to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the team to optimize processes **The Seres Group, in partnership with a national/multinational industrial company, is seeking a Production Assistant.** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the lens manufacturing process; operate and sanitize production equipment and tools according to internal procedures; sort, package, and label finished products in accordance with quality standards; comply with occupational safety regulations and good manufacturing practices; collaborate with the team to optimize processes and achieve production targets; participate in training and development programs offered by the company. **Working Hours:** * Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Rotation Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off * Work Model: On-site **Work Location:** * Petrópolis / RJ We encourage applications from persons with disabilities (PCD), Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN+ individuals. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in production or logistics Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
