Follow safety regulations, including the use of PPE **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform daily cleaning of all kitchen areas and other spaces within the hospital facility, including floors, walls, utensils, equipment, and countertops. \- Maintain strict standards of hygiene and food safety by following established procedures. \- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and food processing machines. \- Immediately report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor. \- Properly collect and dispose of waste and garbage, adhering to recycling and sustainable disposal regulations. \- Keep the dining area clean and organized. \- Reposition tables and chairs as needed, ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant dining environment. \- Strictly comply with safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Perform additional tasks as directed by management or the chef, ensuring kitchen and hospital-area efficiency. **Requirements:** \- Proven prior experience as a General Services Assistant in corporate restaurants and hotels Benefits: VT (cap R$ 17.10\) \+ Local Meal Benefit.
