**Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for executing the service project at the rig site, including planning for future operations and contingencies;
* Conducts fluid testing and evaluation safely and on schedule;
* Maintains adequate inventory levels at the rig site through proper logistical planning, keeping accurate records;
* Records all daily operational and test data using reporting software and compiles end-of-well reports and others as required by the client and regulations;
* Validates equipment calibrations as needed;
* Demonstrates equipment assembly, disassembly, operation, and optimization;
* Assists with pre- and post-job preparations, including vehicle inspections, as well as daily and periodic equipment maintenance;
* Mentors and develops junior employees;
* Maintains effective communication with clients, supervisors, and management.
**Requirements:**
* Completed technical training in Chemistry or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Engineering;
* Active CRQ registration;
* Specialized training in Drilling and Completion Fluids required;
* Offshore experience preferred;
* Advanced Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Intermediate/advanced English proficiency;
* Willingness to reside in Macaé or surrounding area.
