Position: Construction Assistant **Area:** Construction / Infrastructure **Job Description** We are seeking an **Engineering Assistant** to support field activities, monitor service execution, and manage administrative routines on infrastructure construction sites. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor daily operations at the construction site * Support physical and financial schedule control * Prepare and update daily construction reports * Assist in organizing supplies, accommodation, and logistics * Support the technical supervisor in defining and monitoring daily tasks * Support administrative routines at headquarters * Define daily tasks jointly with the site foreman and under guidance from the technical supervisor * Communicate with clients (Municipality/Autarchies) **Requirements** * Experience in retaining wall, drainage, and earthwork projects is desirable * Field experience at **construction sites** * Proficiency in **Excel and Word** * Basic knowledge of **construction schedule control** * Willingness to relocate to Juiz de Fora and undertake occasional travel * Driver's license category B **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience or knowledge in **geotechnics** * Prior involvement in retaining wall projects * Personal vehicle **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills * Organized and responsible * Proactive and motivated * Team-oriented * Quick learner **Benefits** * (Meal allowance, food voucher, life insurance, deducted every 3 months) * Bonus opportunity for meeting schedule targets Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
