The Nossa Senhora da Conceição Clinical Hospital is seeking a **Hospital Pharmacist** committed to patient safety, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Internal and external recruitment is welcome!! ### **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure legal and institutional compliance in hospital pharmacy operations; * Manage medications and medical\-hospital supplies with emphasis on traceability and safety; * Participate in clinical decision-making and therapeutic protocols, promoting rational drug use; * Conduct clinical and supportive activities as part of a multidisciplinary team; * Lead and train technical staff, ensuring adherence to good practices and regulatory compliance. ### **Role Challenges** * Maintain uninterrupted pharmacy operations without negatively impacting internal clients or patients; * Be recognized by the interdisciplinary team as the reference point for pharmaceutical supply chain management. * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * **Registration:** Active CRF license; * **Experience:** Up to 2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy (preferred); * **Additional Courses:** Postgraduate studies in Hospital and/or Clinical Pharmacy (in progress or completed); * **Skills:** Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (basic to intermediate level); * **Language:** Portuguese. ### **What We Offer** * Collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence; * Opportunity for professional development; * Strategic role in a reference hospital. **Location:** Nossa Senhora da Conceição Clinical Hospital **Applications open!** Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Desired Education: *Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Undergraduate Degree * Medical assistance * Life insurance * GYMPASS * SESC RJ partnership * On-site cafeteria * Childcare allowance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Dental assistance * Pharmacy allowance
