Job Summary: A Customer Service professional responsible for interacting with customers, recording and serving orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining organization in the service area of a burger restaurant. Customer support and clarification of inquiries A burger restaurant is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Itaboraí (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Serve customers in person, by phone, or via delivery apps. Accurately record orders and forward them to the kitchen. Serve burgers, beverages, and other menu items. Operate the cash register, process payments, and close orders. Organize and clean tables, counters, and the service area. Assist with order assembly for takeout and delivery. Provide customer support and clarify product-related questions. Adhere to hygiene standards, service protocols, and internal procedures. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Consultant, or Customer Support Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
