Welcome our students, prospective students, and visitors with excellence, provide administrative support, and ensure that front-desk service is agile, humanized, and efficient—reflecting the quality and purpose of our education. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday (5 hours per day, to be agreed upon \- Monday to Saturday). **Responsibilities:** * Provide warm and welcoming in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp service, answering questions about courses, schedules, and school routines. * Assist with student enrollment and re-enrollment processes, organizing contracts, collecting signatures, and verifying documentation. * Provide general administrative support to the team, such as updating registrations, completing spreadsheets, and organizing physical and digital files. * Direct students, parents/guardians, and visitors to the appropriate departments (academic, finance, coordination). * Support the organization and control of front-desk workflow, ensuring a consistently organized and welcoming environment. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in **Administration, Human Resources Management, Secretarial Studies**, or related fields; * **Passion for Customer Service:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, patience, and proactivity to handle daily tasks; * Organized, responsible profile with attention to detail for handling documents and administrative processes; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to quickly learn new information systems; * Prior experience in customer service is considered a plus. **What We Offer:** * **Compensation:** Internship allowance commensurate with market standards. * **Benefits:** Transportation voucher, life insurance, SESC, Conexa Saúde, Wellhub, Day Off, discounts at partner universities.
