Schedule and dispatch the vehicle roster for the following day; Ensure fleet release and retrieval are conducted in accordance with the company's operational procedures; Assist drivers in correcting defects before vehicle release; Receive information from inspectors, supervisors, traffic assistants, and drivers regarding vehicles exhibiting defects after release, communicate such issues to maintenance, and seek solutions to avoid unnecessary vehicle retrieval; Authorize fleet retrieval only after contacting and obtaining agreement from maintenance; Monitor driver performance via the telematics system; Identify and correct telematics incidents through monitoring; Analyze speed reports and advise drivers on excessive incidents; Conduct practical driving assessments for driver candidates; Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles with suspected defects identified by drivers during operations; 2511010202241615340
