We are looking for a **Security Guard** in the **Petrópolis** region to join Vigban’s team! This is a critical role to ensure safety, asset protection, and operational peace of mind at the service stations we cover. We seek a professional who is committed, vigilant, and capable of acting preventively and effectively on a daily basis. **Work Location:** BR 040 \- Petrópolis **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 – day or night shift\* \*Night shift allowance as per legislation (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM) **Salary:** BRL 2\.034,15 \+ 30% hazard pay **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance / Food Allowance (BRL 40.00 per working day) **Responsibilities:** The Security Guard will be responsible for safeguarding people and assets, controlling access for employees, visitors, and vehicles, conducting periodic patrols, monitoring movements, and identifying any potential risks. Must document incidents, report irregularities to supervision, strictly follow internal procedures, and, when necessary, respond to emergencies—such as initial fire response actions and safe equipment usage. **Requirements:** A valid **Security Guard certification with an up-to-date ATA (Authorization to Operate)** is mandatory, along with prior experience in this role or in related fields such as security or military service. We seek someone with operational awareness, professional demeanor, appropriate communication skills, self-control, and teamwork ability. Basic computer knowledge, driver’s license class B, and personal vehicle are considered advantageous.
