Conduct theoretical and practical classes ensuring clear, dynamic methodology aligned with legal requirements. Prepare the training environment, equipment, PPEs, and teaching materials before sessions begin. Perform practical demonstrations, simulations, and supervised activities. Evaluate participant performance through tests, exercises, and practical observations. Collect required signatures for issuing completion certificates. Represent Grupo Setec professionally during in-company training, maintaining ethical conduct aligned with company values.
