Participating in the planning and conceptualization of product launches A real estate company is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Rio de Janeiro (Leblon). **Responsibilities:** Support the analyst in marketing department activities, collaborating with the sales team to boost sales and promote products and developments. Assist in monitoring and managing partner agencies to support the digital marketing strategy for new launches and inventory. Assist in developing briefs and approving campaign materials and creatives. Collaborate with the sales team to review and optimize campaign conversion strategies for improved performance. Assist in organizing the social media posting schedule with the agency. Assist in coordinating topics with the press office. Assist in planning product launches and conceptualizing launches. Assist in updating the corporate website and product pages. Assist in monitoring vendor contracting, negotiations, and controlling marketing budgets and investments. Previous experience as a Marketing Analyst, Marketing Coordinator, Communications Assistant, or Social Media Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
