With an experienced team, it delivers customized solutions to meet each client's specific needs. **Responsibilities:** Organize and archive administrative documents. Monitor and control employee attendance and working hours. Place material orders, receive deliveries, and manage basic inventory. Liaise with suppliers and service providers, scheduling deliveries and pickups. Monitor and manage service contracts and supplier quotations. Update records for hires, terminations, timesheets, and payroll. Supervise administrative processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Lead Human Resources Department routines at construction sites, including benefits administration and legal recordkeeping. Act as the direct interface with the headquarters for submitting administrative information related to the branch's and construction sites' Human Resources and Personnel Department. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree required.
