Be part of this mission! In Internal Audit, we plan and conduct independent audit procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control system. Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Executing an audit plan focused on analyzing controls related to financial risk regulations, especially for expected credit loss calculation under US GAAP (CECL) standards and local regulations in Mexico and Brazil. * Developing and implementing procedures using Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence tools to strengthen compliance testing for financial risk regulations. * Ensuring compliance with regional financial regulations by actively participating in defining risk mitigation strategies. * Preparing technical reports for risk committees and executives, facilitating data-driven strategic decision-making. * Collaborating with financial risk and technology teams to identify opportunities in indicator monitoring and propose improvements to the accuracy of risk metrics. **Requirements:** * Hold a completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Have experience in Financial Risk, Financial Audit roles, with focus on expected credit loss calculation for Brazil and under US GAAP standards. * Have hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R. * Be familiar with AI and Machine Learning platforms applied to financial risk modeling. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to take ownership of your development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * The chance to share and learn as part of a team with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, with everything you need to have a great experience.
