We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to strengthen our Operations and Monitoring team in Belo Horizonte/MG. Then register now and become a Getraker! **Main Responsibilities:** Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and phone, focusing on speed and quality; Extract tracking data and configure devices; Support area analysts in operational and support activities; Perform internal vehicle inspection routines; Collaborate in the execution and follow-up of quarterly NPS surveys. Open and monitor support tickets. **Technical Requirements:** Familiarity with Zendesk/Jira tools (Preferred); Knowledge of advanced vehicle telematics (Preferred); Knowledge of GPS trackers (Preferred). **Behavioral Profile:** Strong verbal and written communication skills; Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing routines; Organized and collaborative mindset.
