Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Analyst for our Operations and Monitoring team, responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, collecting and interpreting data, and monitoring KPIs. Support data-driven decision-making in operations areas A new opportunity is here! We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Operations and Monitoring team in Belo Horizonte/MG. If you are committed, work well in teams, and have solid knowledge and skills in Excel and Power BI, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI; Collect, organize, and interpret data from large datasets; Monitor operational KPIs daily and propose improvements; Work to reduce key fleet maintenance index metrics; Support operations areas in data-driven decision-making. **Technical Requirements:** Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Excel; Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems will be considered a plus; Completed high school education. **Behavioral Profile:** Analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail;?
