Support for Human Development and People Management routines The company seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst based in Curitiba (Industrial City). **Responsibilities:** Conduct thorough reconciliation of payroll, benefits, and timekeeping records (executed by an assistant). Act as the direct support to the Director, providing data and strategic input for decision-making. Deliver consultative support to employees, particularly within the industrial environment. Calculate overtime hours and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Support Human Development and People Management routines. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Development Analyst, Human Resources Consultant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
