They prepare the construction site, transport materials, mix mortar and concrete, and assist various professionals (e.g., masons and electricians). Their duties also include site cleaning and organization, as well as debris disposal. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]Main responsibilities include: * **Material Preparation:** Mix cement, sand, and gravel manually or using concrete mixers to produce mortar or concrete. * **Direct Support:** Supply on-site workers with bricks, tools, and equipment. * **Heavy Labor:** Assist in trench excavation, soil compaction, and scaffolding assembly and disassembly. * **Cleanliness and Safety:** Maintain an organized work environment, remove debris, and comply with safety regulations by using appropriate personal protective equipment. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Compensation: R$2\.357,06 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
