Key Highlights: 1. Design, deploy, and operate Redis Enterprise platforms. 2. Automate platform provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows. 3. Collaborate with application, security, networking, and infrastructure teams. **Platform Engineer – Enterprise Redis** Join a Platform Engineering team that designs, operates, and continuously improves highly available data platforms supporting mission-critical workloads. Our engineers translate infrastructure and reliability requirements into scalable, automated platform solutions, ensuring performance, security, and availability in private cloud environments. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a significant impact as a **Platform Engineer – Enterprise Redis** on our Platform Engineering team in **Eldorado do Sul.** **What You’ll Do** As a **Platform Engineer – Enterprise Redis**, you will be responsible for building, operating, and evolving Redis-based platform services running on virtual machines and containerized environments. Operating at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and distributed systems, you will help deliver highly resilient and scalable Redis platforms for internal and external customers. **You Will:** * Design, deploy, and operate Redis Enterprise platforms in private cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and solid performance on Linux virtual machines and containerized infrastructures. * Install, configure, upgrade, and manage Redis in VM- and container-based environments, including Kubernetes deployments via Helm charts—covering persistence, replication, clustering, high availability, upgrades, and the full lifecycle. * Automate platform provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows using Ansible and other automation tools to ensure consistency, repeatability, and continuous improvement. * Diagnose and resolve complex Redis-related issues—including performance, failover, persistence mechanisms, replication, clustering, and production incidents—by conducting root cause analysis and driving reliability improvements. * Collaborate with application, security, networking, and infrastructure teams to define usage standards, sizing guidelines, reliability requirements, and compliance standards, while documenting architectures, procedures, and best practices. **Take the first step toward your dream career** Every person on our team brings something unique. Here’s what we’re looking for in this role: **Essential Requirements** * Strong experience administering Linux systems (RHEL, Rocky, Ubuntu or equivalent), including networking, storage, system tuning, and troubleshooting in private cloud VM-based environments. * Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Redis in production environments, with deep understanding of replication, clustering, persistence (RDB/AOF), high availability, performance tuning, and enterprise-level operational best practices. * Solid experience running and managing stateful workloads on Kubernetes, including deploying and managing Redis using Helm charts and working with Kubernetes components such as StatefulSets, Services, PVCs, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and upgrade strategies. * Extensive experience with automation and configuration management using Ansible, including ability to design modular, reusable playbooks and roles for provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows. * Strong experience monitoring, diagnosing, and optimizing distributed systems; familiarity with logging, metrics, and alerting for platform services; and scripting skills (Bash, Python or equivalent) for automation and diagnostics. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with Redis Enterprise Software (RES) or similar enterprise Redis solutions, plus exposure to CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure and platform delivery based on Agentic AI. * Experience working with large-scale, business-critical platforms in 24x7 environments, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. **This is our story. Now, we want to know yours.** We believe every person has the power to make an impact. That’s why we put our team members at the center of everything we do.
