Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for executing and supervising installation, maintenance, and commissioning services of refrigeration (HVAC) systems in naval and offshore environments. Our portfolio includes ship design and projects, propulsion and Dynamic Positioning systems, deck equipment, pumping solutions, waste management, accommodation, STP, HVAC, lighting fixtures, helidecks, as well as retrofit and after-sales services. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Execute **installation, maintenance, and commissioning** services of refrigeration (HVAC) systems in naval and offshore environments; * Join field technical teams (onshore and offshore), performing, supervising, and supporting tasks to maintain service schedules; * Adhere to service schedules, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety; * Manage onboard materials, supplies, and tools required for operations; * Prepare technical reports; * Interface directly with crew members and the Macnor team; * Ensure compliance with **Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality** standards; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Engineering**, or technical certification in **Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields**; * Valid CFT or CREA registration; * Prior experience as a field refrigeration technician; * Knowledge of split systems, chillers, self-contained units, and cold rooms; * Ability to read technical diagrams and interpret engineering drawings; * Willingness to travel and undertake occasional sea voyages; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with service reporting systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Refrigeration certification (e.g., SENAI, ABRAVA, etc.); * Current NR-10, NR-33, and NR-35 certifications; * Experience in **offshore operations or the naval sector**; * Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance plans; * Experience in developing PMOC (Preventive Maintenance and Operational Control Plans). **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and highly technical work environment; * Opportunity for continuous growth and learning; * Participation in high-impact projects in the naval and offshore sectors; * Market-competitive benefits package. * Health insurance (for employee and dependents, both with co-payment, extendable to spouses and children up to age 21) * Sulamérica dental plan (no cost for employee and dependents); * Icatu life insurance; * On-site meals; * Caju Benefits (Mobility) / Jaé / Riocard; * Wellhub (formerly GymPass); * FluencyPass (English course).
