Consultative support to employees and process optimization ### **About the Role** We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Human Resources Assistant** to join our team. The primary focus of this position will be electronic timekeeping management, ensuring data integrity for payroll processing and delivering agile support to our employees. If you have hands-on experience with the **TOTVS RM Chronus** system and enjoy optimizing processes, this role is for you! ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Timekeeping Management:** Perform timecard verification and resolve inconsistencies (absences, late arrivals, overtime, and time bank entries). * **System Administration:** Administer the electronic timekeeping system (**TOTVS RM Chronus**) by performing registrations, adjustments, and necessary configurations. * **Reporting and Auditing:** Generate timekeeping reports for payroll closing and provide support during internal and external audits. * **Employee Support:** Deliver consultative support to employees to address questions regarding time records and work schedules. * **Continuous Improvement:** Actively contribute to implementing and optimizing electronic timekeeping automation processes. * **Compliance:** Stay updated on labor legislation (regulations and CLT) related to working hours. * **General Support:** Assist with other HR subsystem routines as required by the department. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **TOTVS RM Chronus System:** Practical experience and solid knowledge of the module (Mandatory). * **Electronic Timekeeping:** Proven familiarity with automation and timekeeping processing procedures. * **Legislation:** Knowledge of current legal regulations governing working hour control. * **Profile:** Organized, deadline-focused, and possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields (in progress or completed). ### **Additional Information** * **Work Model:** 100% On-site * **Location:** São Gonçalo Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: *Human Resources Management, Bachelor’s Degree * Purchase discount program * Partnerships with educational institutions * On-site meals * Birthday Day Off * Transportation Allowance
